About Flance
What is Flance?
Flance is a web development and AI integration studio founded by Rustamjon Akhmedov, a software engineer with more than 14 years of experience. Flance builds Laravel applications, WordPress and WooCommerce websites, AI integrations and multi-agent systems for small and mid-sized businesses. The studio is based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and works remotely with clients and teams in the USA, the EU and Canada.
Every project starts with a real business problem, not a technology. We map your workflow, agree on scope and success criteria, then design and build a system you can use, maintain and grow. AI work always includes human review points and an audit trail, so people stay in control of the decisions that matter.
Flance has shipped more than nine AI systems, including Alt Audit, Callie, FinPulse and FaultAuditAI. Since 2016 Flance has also published free plugins on WordPress.org, including Alt Audit and WooMultiOrder, a WooCommerce order-form plugin. What does Flance build?
Flance builds three kinds of things: websites and online stores on WordPress and WooCommerce, custom business software on Laravel, and AI integrations that connect language models to your existing tools and data. Many projects combine all three, for example a Laravel back office with an AI assistant that drafts replies for staff to approve.
What is AI integration for a business?
AI integration means connecting an AI model to the systems you already use, such as your CRM, email, documents or database, so it can answer questions, draft content or trigger actions using your real data. Flance designs these integrations with review steps and an audit trail, so a person checks important outputs before anything is sent or changed.
What is a multi-agent system?
A multi-agent system is a set of specialised AI agents that work together on a task. An orchestrator agent plans the work and delegates to agents that research, draft and check results, then routes the outcome to a human for approval. This structure handles longer, multi-step business processes more reliably than a single chatbot prompt.
Do you work with existing WordPress or Laravel sites?
Yes. Flance takes over existing WordPress, WooCommerce and Laravel projects for fixes, new features, performance work and AI features. We start with a short technical review so you know the state of the codebase before committing to a larger plan. Flance has maintained its own WooCommerce plugin on WordPress.org since 2016, so we know the platform from the inside.
How does a project start?
Send a short description through the contact form or by email. We reply with clarifying questions, then propose a scope with milestones and a fixed or estimated price. Small tasks can start within days. Larger builds begin with a discovery phase that defines the problem, the workflow and what success looks like.
